No need to introduce this, unless you literally live under a rock, you know all about the COVID-19 virus. Originally from Wuhan China, it is now covering the globe and effecting our province of BC.

Here at WP Computer Solutions the health and welfare of all our clients is first and foremost on our minds. In these uncertain times, we feel it’s still important we all do our part in stopping the spread of the virus.  Amidst this we are also doing everything we can to keep providing top quality service to all our clients.

What does that mean for computer support? Can you still get service if you need it? What happens if you need support?

We are still actively working to keep all our clients up and running as smoothly as possible. We have always offered remote IT support, and we will continue to do so. As more clients move their employees to work from home or remotely, we will continue to provide the remote support they need. We can be reached at 778-982-2623.

We are also still actively servicing clients onsite, some businesses just can’t go remote. They provide services, and support the economy, in ways they just can’t while quarantined in a house. We take certain measures while onsite to mitigate the spread of the virus, we wash our hands regularly, use hand sanitizer as we move around the office, and we wear masks when applicable You can feel rest assured that we are doing our part!
