Settings > More Networks > Tethering and portable hotspot > then turn on the Portable Wi-Fi hotspot
To figure out your WiFI Name (Network SSID) and password, > press on the Portable Wi-Fi hotspot words > Configure here you will see the name and password and you can change it if you want.
Make sure to turn it off after you are done.

These devices allow you to change the name and password for the hotspot, the choice is up to you, if you leave it default then you can use the name and password they provide.
