How to change your GMAIL password (works for gsuite accounts also.)

Follow these 9 simple steps to change your gmail password, this works for any email you login to gmail with, including your gsuite (google apps) accounts.

  1. Go to https://gmail.com in your browser. (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari.)
  2. Sign in with the account you want to change the password for.
  3. Click the Gear button (in the top right corner.)
  4. Click Settings.
  5. Click the Accounts and Import tab.
  6. Click Change password.
  7. Enter your current password.
  8. Type a new password.
  9. Click save.
